The B75 mining motherboard works so stable, also this motherboard is very cheap in China, do not buy from other places than Aliexpress or Alibaba, I've come to understand that some people order for these motherboard and sell them for higher price on Amazon and other online stores.
If delivery from China takes 45 days, and your mining farm makes $6 profit per day, then it’s more profitable for you to buy this motherboard from intermediaries for $50 more, and order it in China to replace it in case of a breakdown or to build another mining farm in the future.

Why do you need to use expensive new motherboards with an expensive processor?
Buy an inexpensive set for mining in China, there are many options from 8 to 12 video cards for a novice miner.

Where are you trying to source for mining motherboard? Price are over 120$ on Amazon which is ridiculous to me, I've bought two B250 motherboards from Alibaba using 67$ each and I get them three weeks max later, do not buy on Amazon prices are too high.

Mind you this motherboard comes empty, you need ddr4 ram and LGA1151 supported CPU.

The MSI Pro Z690 only has four PCIe slots for 4 graphic cards, if you want to use the extender its fine but I can't tell if it will support up to 10 graphic cards, by the way if you are willing to spend dollars on this Z690 why can't you just buy a mining motherboard like B250 or other? Or you already have this Z690?.

Yes, I have this motherboard already which I use for gaming.  I tried buying a second motherboard geared towards mining but it was DOA and the quality and seller accountability now seems risky to continue to pursue in this current market environment.

I also found that many bitcoin specific motherboards are 3x+ the price of the z6960.

I should clarify.  I am able to get 10 GPUs running, but trying to get to 16 with 4x1 splitters.

Is there a motherboard chipset you could suggest for 12gen CPUs?
