First of all I want to apologize for my English,
I've got an issue with an Rx 570 MSI Gaming X 4G Elpida, I can’t control the fan's speed, and overall they don’t spin at all even at 80°C. I've tried Afterburner, wattman nothing works, also HWInfo and GPU-Z says that my fans are spinning at 69%, but they aren't.
I have 3 cards and it is the only one who doesn’t work properly.
I've tried on 2 computers and I have the same issue on both.
