dont use Gox... You are just asking to lose all your money.

Either use BTC-E for day trading for BitSimple.com for buying in or cashing out.

I have never used bitsimple, how is it?

BitSimple offers a service for users looking to buy or sell not day trade.

Do not worry. They will reach to your wallet some day. Issuing multiple ticket would not help faster support unfortunately. If you need to tell them additional information, it is better to add to a existing ticket. Wink

I just posted a similar thread, i took out 5.8 btc on monday... still nothing in the blockchain, nothing received.... 5 support tickets, not a single reply from any!

problem is, I am now starting to pull my money and coins out of gox, but even that is impossible now as it seems they are not even processing btc withdrawals let alone standard currency.

There are a lot of threads on this forum of people experiencing the same problems, unfortunately. I haven't seen anyone with a solution as of yet Sad

I am AML verified and requested a relatively small ~1.5 BTC withdrawal - should be a simple, automated process, right?

Nope - 72 hours and 2 support tickets later... still radio silence.

I don't know if Mt. Gox is 1) sinister or 2) utterly incompetent, or 3) both...  But Mt. Gox expects the public to trust them with their hard-earned money?  LOL.

Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?  Also, any suggestions as to a BTC exchange that doesn't make me feel like I am walking down a dark alleyway in Tijuana?
