Headlines you will never read: To calm concerns of insolvency, MtGox signs cold storage addresses to prove adequate bitcoin holdings.
For more info check https://blockchain.info/address/1DbD7zFjYSQRiATc8dHxWUWSM9YmQYR9JW that is a lot of BTC, so at least they will be able to give back all the bitcoins people have stored in their accounts. Let's hope at least.

yea hopefully gox is finally circling the drain. . . this is going to be a messy month for bitcoin.

For BTC to really be long-term successful gox needed to either fix itself up (no evidence of that over the entire year of 2013) or shut down.
The half-broken state it's been operating under has been detrimental to peoples confidence not only in exchanges, but BTC itself.

After it's gone hopefully we will see new exchanges appear with better transparency and communication.

As the title suggests, so it's really dead and just came back to life? So it seems a lot of people are losing hope.

why is the Gox price gap collapsing so fast!!!

what is going on....Huh

I moved all but a little btc out of gox several weeks ago. So I am not overly concerned, but i do have a few Yen sitting in my account.

What should I do?

Nope. Attempted a .09BTC withdrawal yesterday, nothing extraordinary...  Never hit the network, in some abyss some where.  No answer from support, looks like I got Gox'd.

Gap between Gox and BitStamp is closing.

And my wire transfer just completed!! after 3 months!!!!

Is anyone else seeing an improvement in support and transfers recently??? I heard they had a layoff, and support was quiet for about a week, but then boom, two email exchanges and my problems resolved!!!

I am thinking Gox Lives... should i leave my remaining little BTC stash in Gox or should i abandon ship???
