This is the information to (who owns the legal currency and BTC in Mt.gox in ) who have a claim against Mt.gox.

It must be a " notification of rehabilitation claim at a predetermined style of the court " in order to protect the receivables held .
For those who are living in Japan , it is cumbersome , but it is not a procedure too difficult , you can also be done on your own , if small .
Hurdle is slightly higher for those who are living abroad , and that the only attorney in the country with a firm cooperation and lawyers in Japan in detail the laws of Japan or ask a lawyer in Japan.

You think that it is quick to listen to the way of proceedings in court and search for " notification of rehabilitation claim " If you want a report on your own , you must first understand the mechanism and rough procedure .
All you need is prepared and note here , a possibility that a small portion of that of the receivables held only be refunded is is that large.

Yeah, if you check the blockchain, you can see that MtGox's addresses are full of Dogecoins.

You muppet.

Mt Gox got robbed?  I think its more like Mt Gox is robbing.

+1
Mt Gox using people deposits for investments/own expenses is robbing.

So thieves got tricked with easy trick "Mt Gox can you resend me my Bitcoins, I still didnt received" is pretty funny
+1
I don't believe in "internal double-spending" loss of funds explanation provided in doubtful presentation. What we've got now - rumours, interpretations and guess-works mostly based on fears and cumulative bad news from around MtGox. It seems like under a heap of real troubles faced by Tibanne corp (Mt Gox), there's a market-manipulation & bit coin-pressure load.

Agree! That's just an ugly truth that some of us don't want to believe in. After they've got a lot of coins they are just vanished. Nobody knows where  Mark Karpeles is hiding from customers.

But according to blockchain they will reapond that transaction is visible @blockchain and confermed. So in that case wont work I guess.
Which is why their story is bullshit. It is very easy to confirm that the money was in fact sent to the proper address. Probably easy to automate it too. Incompetence or robbery, doesn't matter, but looks like robbery is the more likely story to me.

It more likely the other way around. They didn't know what they were doing. Maybe they tried earning on rising and falling price of bitcoin and used their customers btc to do so, got burned and now they are in trouble, don't know what to do. I mean it happened in banks it could happen here, people are greedy sometimes.

No it really just sounds like a lot of bs from mt gox and other questionable exchanges.  The reality is bitcoin keeps continuing on just fine while everyone on the outside panics and tries to attack it.  I'm not sure about anyone else but it it weren't for Mt Gox everything else would be fine right now.

Please someone tell me if they have had problems with the bitcoin network at all because this seems all like FUD.  Just take the Forbes interview where they continue to refuse responsibility trying to place it on the Foundation something he is apart of.  How has everyone forgotten bitcoin is decentralized, you don't call up lead developers like they are your personal tech support.  Coinbase has put the work into doing things right as well as even much smaller exchanges like Vault of Satoshi.

The fact that people are still hanging off the words of these liars is unbelievable.  IF tx mal is to blame then why can no one move fiat out of Gox either?  When it came out everyone saw it as just a distraction for mt gox and it has worked. mt gox is still fucked and nothing has changed other then them trying to bring down the entire protocol with them.

+1 ,,, wait ---  Ponzi Scheme?

For me is not a ponzi scheme. For me Gox is increasing its security because it is implementing LITECOIN on its platform. It's just a guess Smiley
Mtgox will close before litecoin gets implemented there.

MtGox is fine. They have now switched to a codl storage service. They are keeping the bitcoins away even from you so you can hodl for eternity.

Yeah I think Mt.Gox is fine too. Once they allow people to withdraw their bitcoins again.

To me I think it's a strategy to spike the price of BTC. Hold everyone off for a month and when they release the withdraws the price will sky rocket.

What happened to mt gox and bitcoin sounds more like virtual bank robbery; comparable to hijacking an armored truck of gold and replacing it with fake gold.

Its more of. I am gonna store 1000 gold bars with you in your vault. Then one day you schedule to come pick up the 1000 gold bars at 12:30PM. Instead you have a duplicate (fake) truck come at the designated time and pick up your gold bars and your truck shows up 5 minutes late.

Then the next day you head over to the bank and say you never received your gold! At which point the bank says they already sent out your gold but you have proof you never received it and they allowed a fake entity(malleable tx) to transport it.
