Example/ I asked for a sepa withdrawal, waited 18days, then ask them to cancel it

I transfered everything to bitstamp and got my withdrawal in 2days. All this transfert cost me a lot of money cause I had big amounts and had to convert it to bitcoin, transfer it to bitstamp, buy in bitstamp ....etc .

Conclusion=> Mtgox is dying and I'm happy cause their service is shitty!

Also: NO SUPPORT! At the best you'll have a automatic message. Support answer generally after 10days (I'm not exaggerating).

Not to jump to the OP's defense but yes MtGox does in fact offer Bitcoin acceptance service for merchants, and this service and it's API are available as modules for most major ecommerce packages. I just finished building a Magento store for someone and adding MtGox was actually very straight forward. On the other hand I've always been relatively happy with MtGox as a payment provider. Which is why I asked the OP to clarify his position.

We were highly-connected, utilizing bleeding-edge payment processors such as Where's The Fucking Money and I'm Standing in the DTW Lobby but I Don't See You to rapidly handle irregular customer orders.
