So, I have been using mt. gox for six months, When I started I had a friend set up my account and I submitted documents to get verified, They are reviewing these documents now, but I just realized that that he just put jibberish in for my name like an asshole, so name he put in for my account is not the one on the documents I submitted, I currently have coins stuck in my account I can not withdraw. Has anyone else had this problem and What can I do about it, I contacted support but They have not gotten back to me and it has been 24 Hours.
Any advice?
