You did not understand what is "arbitrage" did you?!

The condition exists only because of the mess mtgox is in right now. If there is no barrier to move money, the commission/fee alone will take out all the profit and leave nothing for arbitrage.

Hello there, I'd like to do some MtGox<>BTC-e arbitrage, but since AurumXchange closed bussiness, BitInstant does not support MtGox->BTC-e transactions anymore, and OkPay suspended Bitcoin services, what do you think it's the best way to transfer USD from MtGox to another exchange, such as BTC-e or Bitstamp?

In BTC-e site there is a link to a service called www.lr2wm.com, but since their Terms and Conditions start with the sentence "1. We can do what ever we want!!!!!!!!" I don't think they can really be trusted.

Thanks in advance.

you can't, all you can do is wait until the price between exchanges is at parity and then do the exchange.

i'm sure there is probably some app for this, somewhere... if not someone ought to make one... i'd pay for it
