I did get approved about a month after submitting everything required. I do know some people who have been waiting for months. You can always send them an email and inquire about your status. Good luck and hang in there Smiley

I tried to get myself verified on Mt Gox and their response was within their expected response time.

However, it failed, their verification requirements are rather hard for those who do not own their place of residence.  I did a quick google and found that their withdrawals take very long too, like theres a huge backlog.  So I guess its a good thing I did not use Mt Gox.

Considering I work for a BTC exchange, specifically in ID verification, I can tell you MT.GOX is doing some shoddy stuff. Transferred some BTC over to MT.Gox for day trading only to find out that I couldn't withdraw my bitcoin without verification. I signed up and traded all on my mobile, where there was no warning of the verification. Been 10 days so far, no luck on my end, not even a response to the several support tickets I've raised. Just saw (as Oneword mentioned) they've pushed the turnaround time up to 20 busines days, let's see how that goes.

I have submitted documents copies 3 days ago. First it said I had to wait 10 business days. Now it says I have to wait 20 business days. Whatever that means. I'm  Brooklyn US based if it matters.

Anyone else experiencing not being verified after 3 weeks of document submission.

I submitted a support ticket 2 weeks ago and they have just replied. It feels like they are either understaffed or their support team is a long annual leave.

Can someone let me know how long they had to wait until they were fully verified.

Cheers.
