Yes. If you are selling BTC you can get filled at the higest bid instantly. Though the market moves really fast, before you enter your order the bid/ask might've moved.

Ask here = Asking for USD per BTC.

Only the highest bid and lowest ask are relevant if you want to trade right now.

So if you are selling look for the highest bid, that is how much USD you get per BTC.

Right now the highest bid price is this


So if I start an order for 0.88 BTC at 16.6301 USD/BTC, it will immediately get fulfilled?

Ok, first time selling on MtGox, and I'm confused.

Going to the Depth of Market there is a huge list of current Ask prices and the amount of BTC they want.

So for example, there is this listing:



If I start a sell order right now, for 18.31 BTC @ 21.95 USD/BTC, will it immediately get fulfilled by this buyer?
