I'm a MtGox customer, for a long time. And I had some issues today when trading, that I was unable to solve on my own, in regards to some incomplete trades.

Anyway, I went on irc freenode, talked to MagicalTux, he solved the case promptly and even awarded me a few btc's and a reduced trading fee for the inconvenience.
Top notch customer service. Absolutely first class.
Thought I'd post that to counter some of the negative feedback that has occured the last months.
