Or if you currently have MTGUSD, that can be withdrawn as a redeemable code which can be used elsewhere, such as on Bitcoin-24 (and thus other withdraw methods might work better for you, such as Moneybookers/Skrill) or maybe with another ... like maybe ECurrencyZone which has with a few more banking withdraw methods.

I've sold some of my bitcoins (for the first time) on MTGox. I want to withdraw my money (USD) but
the fee for a bank withdraw is 4,000 yen or ~$40. It's not worth it for me to withdraw from them. I don't want to
make a paypal account (personal reasons), but I don't know who else to use (that won't scam me).
In short I'm trying to get my money out safely without what I think are unusually high fees.
