Stay away from them. There was a time all was working fine but these times are long gone. Mt.Gox today is a bunch of non responsive scamming amateurs.

Still waiting for my money Angry

Hm.. sorry to hear that. Sad

Thanks for the heads-up though -- how long have you been waiting for money?  Were you trying to pull out USD or send BTC to your wallet?

1 month now. Not too long ago you had your money within two or three days. $ withdrawal.

Hi Everyone,

Some time ago I thought of Mt.Gox as the "go to" BTC exchange, but I've heard a fair amount of negativity on this board (and others) recently (in the last month or so), and was looking for some input.  Specifically, I heard some stories of people having trouble with both sending funds and getting them back out later.  I've also heard of people even having trouble sending their Bitcoin.  On the other hand, I have two close friends who have used Mt.Gox successfully for quite some time without any trouble, though neither has done anything recently.

I live in the USA and after about 40 days, they have finally verified my identity and residency documents I uploaded.

Thoughts?

Recommendations?

Thank you!
