On the 6/17/2011 – More then 10 days ego, I wired Mt.Gox  total amount of $5k
Since then I was in touch with a guy name Roger who had this long long discussion with me over their ticket system, asking me to 'Claim my lost account'
I didn't have any old account with MtGox and that what I told him - around 6 times. I am new! please credit a new account for me.
Few days ego Roger from Mt.Gox just stop to respond at the ticket system.
It seems that my $5k is stolen by Mt.Gox
Any advice on how can I either get my money back, or have Mt.Gox to credit my account?
what a shame...

I advise you to do not lie to us anymore.

you should probably make an account and email them your username, i'm sure they have that $5000 sitting there waiting to be debited.  They can't (well shouldn't have to) make your new account for you.

What do you mean you are new? You sent them money when you don't have an account?

How do you know they haven't put it into an account?

if you have an account with them they give you a code to use with the transfer so they can link it with your account.

It would be pretty dumb to just send them money..

I would suggest contacting your bank and seeing if you can get some transaction data and pass that on to Mt Gox

MtGox are there to help you.. if you act like a dumbass they cant be held responsible.

Do I understand correctly that you sent Mt Gox money without having an account with them? Did you get in touch with them before you did this?

I was one of the victims of the dictionary attack a few months ago.  I e-mailed MTGOX and was told that I was a victim and that my bitcoins would be returned shortly.  I have e-mailed back multiple times and have heard nothing.  Has anyone else had this problem?

WHAT'S THAT?!? THE BANK'S OUT OF MONEY?!?

They only have enough money for the next 5 customers?!

Damn Mt Gox got hit like that? Hey Magical Tux, send me a PM and I will get your site locked down, see my thread in the marketplace about Ethical Hacker services, it's what I do. Smiley

Also, weak PW's are bad, don't use them!

If you have your CEH, you should get your CISSP or OSCP. I was studying for the CEH but had to stop once I found a job. That stuff brings back memories of my wilder years in the early 90s.

You should probably wait until the current crisis has passed; if you submit a request now, it's likely to get lost in the shuffle again. In a week or so, go to MtGox's support desk site (support.mtgox.com) and open a ticket. Be sure to include all relevant information and paste in any previous correspondence.

Also change of owner if you didn't know, probably got lost in the shuffle. It's Magical Tux, owner of KalyHost, running it now.
