He got charged with embezzlement in Japan, and they are still investigating, so he hasn't yet been brought to trial.

He was sentenced in France, but not in jail. There are still charges against him in Japan.
I think it was before Mt Gox his France crimes. He got 1 year sentence in France, not served yet. 
As far as I know there is no tracking of coins movement yet, but I know that he is waiting trial in Japan, and I know Japan has very strict laws so probably soon he will be facing jail sentence there. France as all other Europe countries is a joke when coming to punish scammers like this, shame on us Europeans.

From my knowledge there is no coin movement anymore. Authorities recovered 200000 bitcoins from his exchange and rest is lost.Is there any websites which was/is currently tracking coin movements from the exchange?
About his sentence, im curious myself, he served some jail time but it was not sentence yet probably.
Thanks for the information, I didn't hear about a sentence as well. I really can't imagine them letting a criminal like him free to ruin other people's life.
