I have used mtgox for a few months. I used to be able to withdraw BTC, however, yesterday they told me I first need to get verified.
Just get verified it might take some time but once you do it you can utilize their system and their support is fast and responsive. The biggest site for btc most volume i think i dont know if thats good or bad thing but they have a lot of options on ways to cashin your coins and easy to use. The only thing is their commision is kind of high and they charge on the buy and the sell so its better to hold if you ask me. just my 2 cents.
