An unnamed source tells him simply that federal prosecutors sent the subpoena this month.

The freezing of withdrawals and the shuttering of the site coupled with Mark not being able to disclose anything suddenly makes a whole lot of sense.

A lot of Ukyo's supporters tried to hide him behind the same excuse, similarly implied but not actually explicitly stated. Yet Mark continued to allow deposits and trading.  Just like Ukyo.

Maybe Danny could step in and reassure us that everyone at Neo & Bee is now working on getting the MtGox users their coins back (but not anyone who works at Neo & Bee)?
