So after submitting a copy of my driver's license and pay stub via PDF, and waiting over a week, today I get an email denying my verification on the grounds that my files were not in the required format (though PDF is on their list of required formats) and I did not submit a government-issued photo ID (which I was always under the impression that a driver's license was). I replied to their email with my concerns, but don't expect a reply anytime soon.

Should I just restart the verification process and hope for the best in 2-3 weeks? At this point, assuming I ever get my funds, I'm having a hard time seeing why I should use MtGox in the future.  Undecided
BitCoin is a newbie like you.  They have rough spots but I got thru it all and have an account that satisfies them.  In the mean time I have made mt investment back so it is all gravey even if BitCoin goes away tomorrow.  BitCoin might be a turnip bulb in disguise, or maybe not.  Stick with, girl is my 2 cents..
