Very true. But most people on this forum do know. If you weren't into Bitcoin around 2013, you won't know what we are talking about. I have quite a few friends that don't know as they just started Bitcoin.

I wouldn't be surprised if MtGox hired some Chinese people to write all their scripts because they were not bothered to do it themselves. A lot of rich companies do this.

If have have the time too watch a documentary on Hulu called "The Rise and Rise of bitcoin" one of the things they actually follow is MT. Gox, the even have interviews with Mark and the other guy (cant remember his name), its actually rather interesting.

I am surprised that I need to break this news to you, however most of the people who are involved in the global economy do not speak English as their primary/first language. This does not mean that these people are incompetent to run a business. The people running MtGox probably should not have been securing a ~billion dollar business though

What is wrong with that? MTGOX is run by non English speaker. Does it lead to the outcomes? It doesn't make sense at all. We know many bitcoin startups are rampantly launched by non English speakers around the world.

Or he could have just been really lazy and got a bunch of people who did not speak english very well to do the support stuff. I get the feeling that Karpeles was not someone who would be good at customer support.
