Ppl are so stupid and think they can just walk away from millions worth of btc.
I know bank robbers do their job with avg 250k USD in cash. For couple millions, they rather shoot some dumb ass than going thro police pursuit.

Basically Mt Gox is holding our money hostage and they aren't in a hurry to do anything about it. Ask the CEO why..? It is currently at the point where they hide behind their "privacy policy" to avoid saying anything. What does this privacy policy entail? They have my money and cash + open position gains (I am assuming). Not really sure how they would be violating our privacy because they have our money. There are plenty of threads discussing this topic, but none are in the more prominent parts of these msg boards.
