They are not currently processing SWIFT transfers to Canada (or anywhere else for that matter). Buy BTC & Sell elsewhere if you need your cash anytime soon.
I just sent them an inquiry on this today. I will post the reply here as soon as I receive it. I am thinking about testing it with a 75CAD or so withdraw and see for myself. Anything over 2 weeks in my opinion is unacceptable.
