Also, correct me if I'm wrong but don't you have to be a Junior member and above to join a bounty campaign?
Unlike signature campaigns, anyone can join social media campaigns, even newbies. Their task is to promote the project off forum. Hence, their ranks here doesn't matter. They get paid based on how many followers they have.
I believe good campaign managers only accept junior members and above. I mean what is the point of keeping that one account per person rule when they can literally create 100's of social media accounts to participate in the bounties? It's really bad for the forum that a person with 100 social media accounts has to create 100 bitcointalk accounts as well to use them. This needs to stop and the most effective way is, restrict the campaigns to people who have earned a merit or two at least.

Most bounties require that you have a lot of followers in your facebook or twitter accounts so how is it possible to create 100 of such accounts with many followers in them. It is not easy to get followers in social media or is it ?

Also all the restrictions of merit is only possible if it is managed by a reputable manager otherwise altcoins campaigns do not care about quality and few also accept negative tags accounts too.

It's also a general consensus that if you participate in any campaigns or bounties two more than one bitcointalk account, you're a cheater.
Is it? Two accounts in the SAME campaign or bounty when the rules specify that this aren't allowed. But what's the problem of having two accounts each one in its own campaign? Even hilarious was once in two campaigns at the same time. One of a gambling website I forgot the name and ChipMixer with his alt account.
Oh no, that's not what I meant. It's fine to have multiple accounts in different signature campaigns as long as you follow the rules of the forum and are not a massive account farmer. The general consensus I'm talking about is the rule good managers enforce in all their signature campaigns that is, don't participate in the same campaign with multiple accounts. I know hilarious did and a couple of other reputed members as well.

So youre saying that having two accounts here in forum is actually not farming. I mean for example a reputable DT member have a new account and he participate in a different signature campaign aside from his original account then there's nothing wrong about that?

Those farmers on OP post technically farming for social campaign of course they needed a different account for some verification but still considered as a form of cheating or duplicate ownership.

Have you guys informed the same to their campaign manager? Also, correct me if I'm wrong but don't you have to be a Junior member and above to join a bounty campaign? Any campaign that allows newbies to join the campaign will have flooding of alt-account and cheating. You are doing a good job busting them but if you look at the bigger picture, these accounts have not much to lose, just takes them seconds to create a new one and join the campaigns again.

Yes, I have reported this to bounty manager on telegram group, but haven't seen their response in bounty spreadsheet, the account still seems to be approved, whether they are busy or not. The manager is their own team I guess, project also looks bad, because main channel is filled with conversations about bounties.

Yes at least he does not get results of what he is doing now or before, if there is anyone who helps report to the relevant bounty. And I will link all of his related social media accounts here.

There is a general consensus among bounty managers that you can't enroll with more than one account but since there is no rule regarding this in this bounty campaign, am not sure if what they/he did can be considered as cheating (they/he didn't break anu rule)
