Not sufficient evidence to tag them. Just transaction of eth doesn't proof they are alt account. Even sending such as merit doesn't mean they are alt. If you send eth/btc on my address does it mean I am your alt ? Never. If using same wallet, address, social media etc then there is possibility to proof they are alt. Otherwise no.

I think you need to research before you speak about me. I have not tagged accounts for many of the other reasons others may have.

I support their approaches to give people neutral feedback, recommendations as second opportunities to stop shady behaviour, and come back from nearly death.I saw one bought account that got a neutral feedback from yahoo62278 when found by another people months ago.

If you posted clear proof that these 2 are connected it might be enough for a user to tag them for merit abuse. Check my sent trust though I have not engaged in these tags.
