BitsBeTrippin has a multi-miner script that runs under Linux. It's intended to be able to switch coins/pools quickly, but you should be able to modify it for solo mining to your wallet instead of a pool as long as the miner supports solo mining.

I was active in mining scrypt coins in 2013/14 with cgminer on linux, but did only do trading in the meantime. I am totally lost now with all the different algos and new software which is available.

I want to come back with a small GPU rig, mainly for solo mining at the very beginning of a new coin for one or two days. I am looking for a mining software which supports different algos working on linux with AMD GPU.

Any recommendations?
