This is a setup that Spotswood made for me... It wasn't quite the same as the original design, but i think it turned out pretty well

mine cost me 6 x 5 = 30 the rods plus 2 x 15 the grills and 7 for the nuts total of 67 bucks.

I'll order a Model B if you are making another batch. I'm a repeat customer. I bought a Bitfury frame from you last year and love it. Wish I'd bought 4 more because my other Bitfury rigs look nasty without the case.

It's an interesting idea but only if you mine scrypt...you have stacked 5 module so in sha256 each stack is 300watt.
There's no way to dissipate 600watt (2 stack) with a common 20" case fan (that fan seems the antec big boy)... they will burn like an exposed uranium rod
Well since you showed a corsair 1200W I tought you would use the modules also in dual-mode

In any case I'm trying too to scretch a model rig for myself (40 modules) and I like your displacement because it's probably the best way to manage neatly the mess that 80 cables are able to create
but my fear it's really to run for mistake the modules in dual-mode... Probably all of you already know that but if you bypass the controller and want to connect all modules to a pc using the custom cpuminer all the cores will ne on and is not still yet possible disable the BTC cores...I hope for a firmware patch soon because I really would like to control the full rig remotely

My hubs are supplied by lightning asic (might be different for different resellers) and are 120mm x 80mm x 20mm

Er, I only sent PMs to those I hadn't been in contact with before.
The one-tier case has 575x515mm (22.5x20-inches) of "floor" space, while the two-tier only has 310x515mm (12x20). The 310mm/12-inch width of the two-tier case could be increased some to help mount all of the "accessories."
The slots in the support beams accept M3 nuts, but I have no idea with regards to the length(s) of bolts that are required to mount the myriad of other hardware. Just let me know, and I will include them with the case.

Better dissipation of heat is with the configuration on the upper floor (fan down).

Even if in scrypt mode they run quite cool I don't think is a good idea to encase a bunch of modules into a 19x27 rack ... transfer out the heat could be quite a problem

This doesnt make much sense to me - the manufacturer will probably have a single-board, 40-chip design soon enough that is a lot more stand-alone then a ton of little cylindrical heatsinks
I'm not a fan of these miners either, but I've been asked to create a case to help organize the cable mess that these inevitably create. You did a good job of that
