tl;dr MultiBit followed the main fork ok. No user action is required.
I have been testing out MultiBit to check it dealt with the 0.7/0.8 fork ok. It followed the main fork and I have been moving some bitcoin around and they confirmed ok. (And also checked them in blockchain.info and blockexplorer.com). I have been testing the current version, 0.4.22, and the last two also - 0.4.21 and 0.4.20.
So far it looks good. If there is any other information I will post it here.
