Ok then, I suppose you are now well informed about the wallet. HCP did a really good explanation[1] on how you could install Multibit classic wallet since they have removed the installer from their GitHub page, perhaps give it a go?

I think you should read the first thread of this section : Multibit is Deprecated - Stop using it. As stated by OmegaStarScream (2017):

The reason I'm making this thread is because a lot of people are not aware of this, even though the announcement happened almost three months ago. It's recommended to switch to Electrum If you want to stick with SPV and Lightweight wallets. If you don't, you may face issues and you won't receive any support in their GitHub or through email, this forum section will also be removed after a few weeks/months.

Is there any particular reason that compels you to try to use this wallet?
