Yes they are good.
Justcoin.com is great, and they have very good support.
Multibit stopped working for me and now I look like an idiot because I was waiting for 3 days to get a payment that had already arrived. I have been asked to change this post from it's original certain website blaming tone to reflect what actually happened. I have agreed to do this because I believe that I made an error and should correct it.

The folks at justcoin are very patient and understanding. There was a post with some complaint here but the issue was actually with multibit not registering a payment until I had to delete the blockchain so it would reset. Justcoin had nothing to do with that therefore the post was edited to reflect that. In fact, the support, although delayed because of the holiday season was actually superb and very friendly, wish you the best of luck justcoin and apologize for the false accusation. Keep up the good work justcoin!
