Did this port for a developer a little over a month ago and while I posted on the litecoin forums to see if there was any interest I didn't get much in the way of a reply so never publically released it. But seeing the thread further down about another closed source wallet I figured I would go ahead and release this.

MultiLite is a lightweight Java client based on MultiBit (And bitcoinj). It is open source and includes all the same features a multibit user would expect. I haven't been able to test this as much as I would like so it's probably best not to store large amounts of LTC.

Some Features:
  • Open source
  • Checkpoints allow a user to sync and start sending LTC in a matter of minutes
  • Uses the same nodes as the official client
  • Converts LTC to variours Fiat rates (AUD, USD, EUR etc)
  • Import private keys from the Core client
  • Low footprint (Doesn't use alot of resources)
  • 100% Based on Multibit
  • Runs on Windows, OSX and Linux
