Well, i've got it.
I don't have enough evidence except 10-20 minutes span in registration, 1 language and 3 hours interval of logout on 20th of july.
I will keep an eye on them to have more proofs.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done and they might even get away with it because you didn't take your time to do due diligence to understand what the community would rely upon to act against them. For those that are smart and they get to know about the thread, they would then be smarter not to get any transaction to link them together or try to find a way to erase existing connection between them which if it takes a long period to find anything, you would also be tired and conclude maybe its just a mere coincidence which I believe its not.

You shouldn't wait for the DT to take an action, just report the accounts to their campaign manager and see where it goes from there. Also, what kind of campaign manager allows newbies to join a signature campaign?

I'm guessing this account is their campaign manager: https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/flogmall-1559357

From the looks of it, the campaign manager himself looks like a shit poster with 1200 posts and 0 merits.

Not enough evidence to tag them, IMO, but I would have the same suspicions as OP does.

What this could be is either coincidence (which I doubt) or it could be a whole fucking family-and-friends situation, which I seem to hear so much about.  Somebody gets word over in Asia--or Turkey--that they can sit on their ass, type a bunch of meaningless crap, and get paid in crypto.  The obvious response is to recruit child and geriatric labor, and what you end up with is an entire clan of shitposters on bitcointalk.  No experience or language skill required, just hardcore spamming.

Hi, I've found several cheaters in Flogmall bounty:
All of them are junior members registered in a same time in a row with similar starting post count. Their accounts are registered in the same day and all of them speak turkish.

That is not any conclusive proof that those accounts are connected or they belong to the same person being used to shitpost. What you need is similar bitcoin or altcoin addresses or a proof of transaction showing the accounts being linked together. The latter is difficult and maybe marlboroza can take care of that. Unless they are abusing the campaign funds, they wont receive any red paint.

Back to topic, you should try to find other evidences that might point to these accounts being connected. Obviously if they are bot posting mods might take care of them.

The obvious response is to recruit child and geriatric labor, and what you end up with is an entire clan of shitposters on bitcointalk.  No experience or language skill required, just hardcore spamming.

As you may know thousands of new members register in the forum every week and Jr. Member is the highest rank a forum member can achieve without receiving any merit that is why similar date of registration as well as similar post count can't be compelling enough to give them a negative feedback by a DT member. I also gave some time if their post are the same or similar only to find out that all of their post are in the Turkish Local Board. You must provide more time in your investigation and find out if they are using the same wallet addresses or if their addresses belongs to one wallet, other than that you won't see this members tag as they are considered clean.

Do you have any other proofs like connection between the addresses?

Because having the account registered on the same day is not enough to accuse that all are alt accounts of someone.

Anyway let the DT member decide what to do now. Cheesy Watching this thread what is going to happen.
