I always what to ask this question, Does PC gaming better than the PS4 gaming?.
People have different opinions about it. For me PlayStation/Xbox consoles are mafias which launch their consoles often with small upgrades just to sell their new console more expensive and make profit. I'm sure many of those PS4 games could run well on PS3, but they don't because they want you to buy the new one giving them more money (no problem if there were real big differences from one to another). On the computer you can play the same games and there isn't the same restriction, I think it's better.

You can't judge which one is better, personally I prefer PS4 gaming over PC Gaming because of the exclusive PS4 gamer

Sony have a very strong policy for sold accounts, if they see that you bought an account, your ps4 can be banned.
These accounts are probably stolen, it's better to stay away from here.
