there is no push for bittrex or ccex for us ... so we will stick to what we currently have ...

much appreciated - but will still keep an eye on your progress ... would be nice to think that you will support these things mentioned in the future though ...

We do 10$ a month for server costs and the more coins we can get on hopefully we can make it cheaper.

this does look like a nice way of setting a pool ... i will be watching ...

granite is on steakcloud - which is very similar in the idea to what you are aiming at - but it doesnt charge by the month ... instead - it charges 10% of all coins mined ...

i would really like to see how your pool would perform in comparison to such fees - and whether it would be better in the long term or not ...

i would really like to also see how proficient and 'on-time' the payouts would be also ... as i know steakcloud have had their fair share of delays in payouts - for one reason or another ... they always pull through though ...

same with the algos that you would use - what would be the algorithms you would be starting off with ( like the 'big three' - sha256 scrypt x11 ) ? ... would there be any intention to go to other more 'exotic' algos ( like quark - neoscrypt - lyra2rev2 for example ) ...

i guess the test would be to ask to have granite setup here also ...

what would the monthly fee be in btc? ... and what would you require to have the coin online? ...

edit - i just realized ( ie read ) that the coin needs to be on ccex and bittrex ... granite is on neither - only on bleutrade and safecex ...

so i assume you have your payouts based on the exchange of mined coins from only those two exchanges ... any plans to broaden your exchange choices? ...
