One can speculate all day long. But does anyone really know what Musk really wants?

Shutting down the current Dem Party is beneficial for everyone, especially the Dems. So, it's probably just as beneficial for Musk, for Dem-shutdown freedom.

I mean, if you have something to say, you want to be heard, right? I mean, you don't simply want to be speaking to the wall, right? Getting rid of the Dems is like getting rid of censorship, and a whole lot of other loss of freedom.

Is that what Musk really wants? We'll see if it works that way.

Both men are incredibly strong-willed. If their interests clash, could Trump end up kicking Musk out? It wouldn’t be the first time. Remember, former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson found out he was fired through a tweet. So, if Musk’s interests ever conflict with Trump’s, could he face a similar fate?
This is politics so it's a matter of interest and Elon musk is a business man and is also now a politician so before Trump appointment him they must have discussed and come to a common ground so there won't be a point where they will have clash of interest we all know that Elon musk did all he did during the election to support trump so he can have leverage on his business so trump will resciprocate by giving Elon musk and his ideas with respect and regard this is politics as my country politicians will put it you scratch my back I scratch your too

Trump visions for make America great again kind of aligned with Elon Musk, so that brought both of them together, and not only that during Trump's first administration, I kind of saw he supported most of Elon Musk projects on space x by reducing tax, space x was almost all over the news, this is where this unity came in after that Musk saw the difference between Joe Biden's administration and Trump's administration he was left with than to support him with full chest seeing that Trump will make things work again for the Americans.

As far as I know, Trump is not a supporter of electric vehicles and has criticized the electric vehicle industry even during the campaign. But then he suddenly changed his tune and praised electric cars, and saying he had no choice because Elon had publicly supported him.

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/article/2024/aug/05/trump-endorses-electric-vehicles-elon-musk

Elon is said to be a supporter of the Democratic Party because he donated money to the campaigns of Obama and Hillary Clinton. Elon and the Democratic Party have had a pretty good relationship for years, but that relationship began to fray when Biden ignored Elon at an electric vehicle summit at the White House. It was a big EV summit because Biden is a big supporter of the EV industry but he didn't invite Elon and Tesla to the summit.

https://www.hindustantimes.com/world-news/us-news/how-biden-pissed-off-elon-musk-by-humiliating-him-and-rest-is-history-101730961963730.html

So, in my opinion, this is just an involuntary cooperation between two parties for their own benefit, not that they have the same goals or have many similarities with each other.

By the way, I think they have one thing in common, they both love freedom of speech. Grin Grin Grin

I would advocate to read the article "How America's tech right came to power" published recently  by Le Monde. It will remove the scales from your eyes.

TL;DR

Several around 20 Silicon Valley billionaires recent puppeteers but future directory Peter  Thiel and Elon Musk including are going to ensure the hard fork of the nation state the aim being to turn America into some kind of corporation run by the  most powerful billionaires largely from Silicon Valley .

No elections ahead. Directory will nominate CEO after  the end of Trump's mandate. The role of ordinary citizens will be reduced to the role of subordinates (servants).

Welcome to the renewed X-corporation former nation state  of US .

Elon Musk was never elected to whatever position he is and will be occupying in the Trumps government (regime), deep insight, he is being appointed by Trump the United States president just for him Elon) to be among his economist planning jurisdiction.

This could be as a reward of Elon contributed a lot to Trumps electoral victory and obviously the wealthy influential position of Elon was also and advanced opportunity to be fitted in that political circle.
Having to know the possession of holding a World governance are Trump and a single entity of world economist and an entrepreneur as Elon is a different thing which means Trump has the potential to crimple Elon's potential influence as well better position to kick him out of his cabinet in the United States governing council.

I will stop here and will not get to emphasize on what would make Trump take such action but he assured that Trump has the potential power to take such action to step Elon aside from his appointment because he was not elected.

People are scammers. Mostly they scam themselves by buying Tesla stock. Musk doesn't have anything to do with it.

Cool
This is true. This is why they need to be locked up. Or why don't we just make humans go extinct? Humans are absolutely horrendous creatures.

While you are probably right about nobody going to Mars, and while all the Mars talk is probably only there to move money around to the talkers, what is Musk really doing? He might be secretly building the Atom Bomb Rocket ( https://newatlas.com/orion-project-atom-bomb-spaceship/49454/ ) in space where it couldn't hurt anyone, but only pollute the universe a little.

Is there any way to lobby Musk? He can't be bought. Besides nobody having enough money to buy him, he ain't interested.

P.S. There are ways to formulate an election so that the president is actually competent instead of an obese old man who is about to have a medical episode and who does not know any foreign languages. I would try to communicate this here, but the people here are too fucking stupid to understand anything about anything.

We have never had a president who was fluent in Russian. Hmm. We have never had a president who can go to the table with Putin and converse with him without a translator. Yeah. We are willing to send millions of soldiers to fucking die in battle and fucking waste trillions of taxpayers dollars on senseless wars, but we are too fucking stupid to elect a leader who has enough conversational abilities to actually COMMUNICATE with foreigners and the leaders of foreign nations so that we can have enough diplomacy to prevent wars. Airline pilots around the world are required to know English so that they may communicate without a translator, and knowing English is just one of the requirements for being an international airline pilot.

P.P.S. So many of the old presidents knew fucking Latin instead of Spanish. Yeah. Those motherfuckers would rather speak a useless dead language than speak to anyone in Mexico. What a bunch of pieces of shit! Is it any surprise that those motherfuckers who spoke Latin rather than a more relevant language also diddled their underage slaves with their diddlydingledickers too? Let's end on a game. Let's play Wheel of Fortune. The clue is " "Thomas Jefferson" and there is only one letter remaining.

You can convince yourself of that, except when it gets too painful, or too joyous. Then the truth will be evident to even you.

Meanwhile, Musk is using his simple charm along with some smart moves to make more money than you can imagine.

Cool
Elon Musk has no charm. He cannot even talk right. The thing that he is marginally good at is posting memes about Dogecoin. Did Musk pay you to say that he has charm, or are you just being a bitch for him?

Personally, I think Musk is partly influenced by bad advisors, just like Trump was in his first term. This is not to say that he won't take advantage of policies and ideas that many of us think are wrong. But he is a businessman. So, he will do business the ways that he can. I believe he is acting mostly in a good direction for all of us as well as himself.

Cool
Don't give excuses for those motherfuckers. But the worst people are the Musk worshippers. They are truly the worst people imaginable.

Trump and Musk are going to be great allies in getting to Mars during Trump’s Presidency. Elon knows Trump wants to be President when that American flag gets planted on Mars and Elon knows that means SpaceX will get a pass to do as many test flights as they want. I’m just worried I won’t get to buy stock before the IPO.
Nobody is going to Mars, bitch. If anything, SpaceX will just pollute space with as much space junk as possible so that we cannot even send any new satellites into orbit.

On November 12th, Trump announced that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will work together to lead a new "Department of Government Efficiency" . Trump said the department's goal is to "break down government bureaucracy, cut unnecessary regulations and wasteful spending, and reorganize federal agencies."The two of them are still in their "honeymoon phase" for now.

So, how come you are so sure about homosexual people being so eager to belittle and disrespect people who are not homosexual like them? because I would bet 0.0001BTC you don't have any meaningful interaction with gay people in your real life whatsoever and you have never been a friend for someone who is not straight. Are we now supposed to ignore the whole decades within the modern history of the western civilization in which people who were not straight were considered inferior and of less worth just because their sexuality? Are you going to make up now some story about straight people have been prosecuted in the same way ?  Roll Eyes

Also, I still don't buy Trump has ideals. He just ran for president to stay out of prison and so far is going to work for him.

If Trump hadn't run, he wouldn't have had anyone trying to put him in prison.

As for homosexual people not respecting other people, if they respected other people enough to respect themselves, they wouldn't become homosexual in the first place. Homosexuality has no place in nature. It uses the procreation process in a patently false way.

What does recognizing the unnaturalness of homosexuality have to do with being friends of homosexual people? Those sick people need all of the right friends they can get. And others of themselves aren't friends when they promote further homosexuality.

You are taking this so personal. Is that why you moved to Venezuela?

In the US Republic, everybody is free to follow the American Dream... not follow the President, except if they want to. This is what Musk and Trump both want. So, what are they going to do? They will keep America free so that they can pursue the American Dream for themselves... by letting other people pursue it for themselves, as well.

Cool

Are you even aware the American dream is a pretty different concept depending whom you ask about it, though? Your vision of the American dream could be one which is completely opposite of other people who live and was born in the country like you did.
The Republican party and the MAGA coalition wants to push forward a vision which does not reflect the American dream for an important porcentaje of the population.
Hell, there will be people in the USA whose concept of the American dream does not even include people who are homosexual, so they want them to be excluded and belittled, while on the other hand the vision for the country in the eyes of other people is to include all races, religions, genders and sexualities within the same society, where each one of them work to make the country better for all of them.

Your idea of the American dream does not apply to all your co-nationals.

Don't  you realize that the American Dream being different in the eyes of different people is part of the American Dream? Did you notice how many people came up over the border when they had the chance? They were all looking for the American Dream. But, certainly, for somebody like me who was born in the US America, the dream is different than it is for those crossing the border.

Many people think that the American Dream is to leach off government. And they would be right, for themselves. But it is also the American Dream of others to stop supporting the leechers so that they are forced to work for themselves rather than essentially steal from those who are being forced to support them. All that Trump and MAGA want to do is let all people do what they want... including Trump and MAGA people. This means to let people take their own responsibility for their lives, and stop leeching off others.

Some people want to belittle, for example, homosexuals. But guess what. Homosexuals want to belittle them way more than they want to belittle homosexuals. Why should my business be forced to hire homosexuals if I am against homosexuality? Let the homo's go out and start their own business where they don't hire straight people.

Do you really want to support the things that you are against? If not, why can't it be the same for other people? If so, why are you talking against Trump... just because he supports things that you are against? Is it right for you to fight for your ideals but Trump can't fight for his?

Musk is a sharp guy that wouldn't want a close proximity kind of relationship with Trump's administration. What he likely needs is just the freedom and minimal support to carry out his activity and business without serious interference and they might just be good so long as that's granted.

But I see the opposite happening, Musk looks like he will be a key figure in a future Trump administration. According to CNN, Musk participated in a phone call between Donald Trump and President Volodymyr Zelensky about the conflict in Ukraine. Not stopping there, during the election campaign, Trump also promised to give Musk an influential position in the government if elected. That shows that Musk will almost certainly become a politician and getting involved in politics is completely beneficial to his business, IMO. It won't affect his business as much as we think.

Musk is a very smart guy, one of the most intelligent people in the world. Obviously he has political beliefs that align with the Republicans but his support of them both in person but also financially is about a lot more than that. I don’t know exactly what his agendas are but I saw a news article stating that since Trump won Musk’s net worth has increased by $21,000,000,000 to over $300,000,000,000. So he hasn’t backed Trump publicly for nothing, he is lining his pockets. He probably has tax agreements with Trump or something too. Like I said, a very smart guy.
