I would agree....comes across as not actually knowing that much about Bitcoin despite his massive spending spree!....one of the news sites described his bitcoin observation which consisted of "seems high"...as "Tesla Billionaire Elon Musk Made A Stark Bitcoin And Ethereum Price Warning"....LOL!

no your expectations are just wrong.
Twitter is not a place to post thoughtful posts, it is a place to post memes and have fun. and Musk has been having a lot of fun on twitter lately by trolling people specially the altcoin bag holders and custodial wallets.
in the end if anyone is taking investment advice on twitter they are doing it wrong.

you can post anything whats on your mind in twitter or in social media. you dont have to be serious with your thoughts in those channels. however, a lot of people take it seriously. even Musk, as the richest person on this planet can also have that humorous side. so dont take it too seriously. as BrewMaster  said, twitter is not a place that you can get serious investment advice.
but a lot of people are taking it wrong, as they go after for whatever coin Musk is tweeting or trolling about. we dont have to treat that social media as a legit source of things

For me, if he tweets about Doge I think it's a meme but if he tweets about bitcoin since it's beneficial to the market. I'm liking his post. Well, he's measuring how much power he got for manipulating the market.

While he tweets about Doge, it's obvious that he's making fun of and loving it. Dogecoin as a currency, he said.  Tongue

Or are my expectations too high?  Grin

Expect that these turn of words could really happen from time to time and its not really surprising. Bullish then become bearish later on? They're all the same.
This is why you shouldnt really expect too much when these traditional investors or big popular person do really make out sentiments because it could change anytime.
Expect the unexpected because it could really happen and its definitely you are expecting that much.  Cheesy

Elon Musk's tweets are alright I guess. I like that he has a sense of humor unlike most other billionaire CEOs who are boring and think they have to cater to the image they've built for themselves.

What I don't like is people taking his memes seriously and putting their life savings in anything he mentions when he is clearly joking. Like he mentions "Doge" once and it goes parabolic.

He mentions Bitcoin once and people are regarding him as some sort of a Bitcoin messiah.

It's hilarious to see, but at the same time pains me to see how gullible general population of this world is.

Since they anticipate buying with Musk's tweets, we see very serious increases after every tweet for Doge or Btc. everyone wants to enter the rally first. Everyone continues to make purchases with the effect of snowballs as it creates an expectation that the increase will continue with these purchases. maybe that's why.

Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
Well, perhaps just because he knows how influencer he is and keeps trolling on Twitter about his fun memes.
Even on bitcoin when he called this as a [bitcoin almost BS currency], this guy knows how capable he is to manipulate the market and people do whatever he says on Twitter. But if you are a good crypto enthusiast and have better knowledge than him, you better ignore that man who is trying to make money in cryptocurrency and also getting attention for most people for perhaps promotional of his product as well.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Of course, tweets from Elon related to being hype to bitcoin speaks no advice to anyone. But how can you prevent that if other people make it a big deal coz you know it came from the richest man of the world which is only trolling, and to those who are also hype can assume that it really it is. Especially the media which can alter all info to their perspective and cause a domino effect that always gives a positive/negative vibe/effect to the bitcoin/crypto value esp. bitcoin and doge.

For me the guys is Rich who Manipulated the market which is something that we can expect from him. I do believe that the whole concept of market Manipulation is something childish and dark in itself. He names his son something that I can't even remember 🤣 , you are for sure expecting too much. ( Even if they were going to find a different name they should actually make sure that other people don't bully the kid in the future )

What did you expect? Guy tweets anime pictures and most of his opinions could be summarized with the following emotes:  Tongue Wink

It's a guy who built a tunnel so he can drive to work in his car with no traffic. It's a guy who launched a car into space. He's just easy going.

I think we expect everyone to be extremely professional and honestly if that's how he is it's good ! The guy is intellegent and good expect the market Manipulation I do believe that he is okay.
(**Never let the child in you die** xd )

Overall even he is shocked seeing the prize !!

I created a thread about that, it really hurts me what's happening around Ilon Musk's posts. Whatever this man says, people 100% agree with. I bet if Elon posts 2+2=5, a lot of people will blindly believe it and argue with everyone that 2+2 is really five and not four and then they'll make some shit calculations that you can see on youtube Cheesy

Elon Musk proves that he has huge influence and power on people, his one word can radically change the situation for better or for worse for a thing. But the problem in this situation is that people don't think, they don't use their brains, they read Musk's post and make themselves sure that what he wrote is right. The rise of dogecoin proves how "clever" some percentage of people are.

Elon's tweets are fine if you compare them to the vast majority of tweets by other users. Yeah, they can be witty and sarcastic but people eat them up and that's what matters.

I choose to ignore him most of the time. He’s got more money than sense & seems to enjoy trolling what he will see as the peasants. Certainly don’t base any kind of financial/trading decisions of yours on anything he tweets.
