Must I do backup wallet after each start?

I do not understand what you said. If i'm wrong you want to back your wallet on your computer. if yes, you just only copy your the file wallet.dat and save it at somewhere such as USB flash, Disk D or E on your computer. That's it. No need to back up your wallet after re-start.

Armory?
MultiBit?
Core?
Classic?
Unlimited?
Knots?
Blockchain.info?
Mycellium?
Trezor?
Ledger Nano?
bitaddress.org
Something else that you found?
Something else that you created?

Also, most of these wallets have multiple versions available so...

What version?

Without that information, it is impossible to know for sure what backup plan you need.

It depends on what wallet you are using. You didn't tell us what wallet you are using, so we can't tell you how to properly use your wallet.

Newer wallets are deterministic and require a single backup. Older wallet files have (by default) 100 private keys pre generated from you, so you dont have to update after every new address. Depending on how much you use the wallet once a month/week should be enough. To see how many keys are left you can use getwalletinfo in the dev console. You can use the same command to see whether you have a HD wallet or not. HD wallets show a line masterkeyid, older wallets do not.

I could not fully understand what your question but I am assuming that you are referring about your wallet that generates new address everytime theres a transaction? If my understanding is correct, that wallet of your will keep generating address but that will still be included in the same privatekey so you nly need a single backup for that wallet. No need to backup everytime it generates a new address.
