Ps. You can find absurd rule where they can lock funds for 3 years in their footer in section ‘betting integrity’. However this rule is irrelevant to my case but just proves what their intentions are towards the users.

This is absurd. Generally, casino investigations have a duration of 6 months not 3 years or else your account can be classified as dormant since you can’t do anything on it if they lock your funds.

Your case is very hard to justify because casino reason is very general to choices that they provide. Sadly most casino ToS states that they have the right to not give specific details for their findings to protect the integrity of their method to busting user trick to violate their rules.

This casino is not that reputable here rather I don’t see their thread here ever since. You should seek help to Casinoguru or other services that can help you connect with this casino.

It isn't clear from your statement whether you have used multiple accounts or not, but Sportbet.one team hasn't accused you as an abuser with multiple accounts. So, your background story isn’t necessary here. However, they claimed that you have used automated software for betting, which is against the general rules of the betting platform. I couldn't find out the rules where the mentioned about the private investigation of 3 years. Where have you noticed it? Haven't they returned your deposit? You should submit a complaint on Casino Guru if you think that their decision is unfair.

Last time I’ve heard from their responding team via email was 19th of February. Then they informed me that I’ve broken their general rule number 2 if I recall correctly  which states that they can cancel bets if:
1. User was multi-accounting
2. Abusing bonus
3. Using automated software for placing bets
4. Group of people behind bet who are trying to avoid restrictions.

I’ve interacted at least 20 times with their chat support, who is available 24/7, and every time they keep using same generic text about this rule. They refuse to specify what exactly I did. Once I managed to press agent and he said they are suspecting automated software use. Unfortunately, chat history on their website isn’t visible so I can’t provide SS of thar.

Regarding the rules they keep saying I broke (they won’t specify which)
1. Only used one account ever. Only one wallet, one household ever. deposited two times ever.
2. Never received bonus
3. Placed 2 type of bets ever with both of them on S tier match and manually before match started.
4. I am individual and I am not restricted in any form by their ToC

Hello fellow bettors and community members,

I wanted to share a cautionary tale about my recent experience with Sportbet.one, a platform I believed was reputable based on my initial interaction. However, a subsequent event left me almost $2,000 out of pocket and filled with frustration. Here's what happened:

Background:
I had used Sportbet.one once before without any issues. Encouraged by this, I decided to use the platform again. I deposited 0.5 ETH from the same wallet and the same household—there was no question of multi-accounting or any such practices on my part.

The Bet:
I placed my bets on a high-profile League of Legends game, the European competition playoff semifinals between Fnatic and Mad Lions. Considering the stakes and the game's significance, I split my bet into two, each worth around 0.25 ETH, adhering to the platform's bet slip limit.

The Issue:
To my dismay, after winning the bet, my winnings remained 'pending' for an excruciating 14 days. I reached out to Sportbet.one's support team multiple times, only to be informed that they were conducting a "private investigation" into my account. Despite my inquiries, they failed to provide a specific reason, instead listing potential rule breaches like multi-accounting, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and the use of automated software, without pinpointing the exact issue.

The Outcome:
After two weeks of waiting and wondering, Sportbet.one unilaterally canceled my winnings, accusing me of using automated software—a claim that is utterly baseless since my bet was placed manually before the game started, and the odds were stable. Since then, they have ceased all communication with me, not responding to any of my emails for the past 13 days.

The Rule:
What's more distressing is discovering a rule on their website stating that they can conduct a private investigation for up to three years before returning any funds. This policy seems incredibly unjust and serves as a convenient loophole for them to withhold winnings under vague pretenses.

Conclusion:
This experience has been not only financially damaging but also incredibly disheartening. I wanted to share my story to caution others in the community. It's crucial to be aware of the practices of platforms like Sportbet.one, which seem to operate with impunity, exploiting users with unfounded accusations and opaque policies.

I'm sharing this to seek advice, support, and perhaps to connect with others who might have faced similar issues. Any guidance on how to proceed or recover my funds would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Stay vigilant and protect yourselves from such predatory practices.
