If so there is no guarantee you will not chargeback why not just try a close friend so he can register and cash you out?
It was bought with cash as a gift. I'll try to get the receipt from my friend when I see him later today so there's no concern of chargeback.
Alarm bells ring in a scenario like this. You might be legit and making a perfectly honest offer here but then again what kind of assurance can you give that this is not an MITM (man in the middle) situation. The friend you mentioned could be someone who paid C$500 for something other than bitcoins. What raises red flags here is the "friend" and the getting-the-receipt-later part of the story. Fraudsters usually do not have the receipt and when challenged to produce it, they usually need time to re-establish contact with the victim to ask for a picture of the receipt.
