I am not sure if this is the proper category but I hope the mods will move this thread it if its not.

So I had an account here back in 2015, used it for a while and then I just stopped blogging on bitcoin and everything .. I never visited this forum again. Now I wanted to check back on and when I tried to login, the password was incorrect. I tried resetting and it said email not found. I still remember what email I used and what password I used.. Anyway, I went on resetting with the secret question option, answered the secret question correctly and entered the new password. Then there I got this message.

"Sorry [myusername], you are banned from using this forum!
For security, your account has been locked. Email [email protected]"

So Now I know that my account was hacked and email was changed. It never happened to me in 6 years anywhere online.
How can I request my account to be unlocked? Can someone help?

mail [email protected] by the email registred with the account.
If you are still in control of any address used by that time a signed message is what you have to do to prove ownership.

Ah, I just noticed 'theymos' in the mail..
So I have to send an email to this email address by the email address I registered with?
And what do I write?
I have seen a thread explanation about signed message but couldn't understand. I think I never traded with anyone here with a bitcoin transaction.
