It looks like your account has been hacked for a long time. I can’t find any notice on seclog's list.
There are two accounts to be recovered soon "manual recovery, ownership change queued" so your chance is still promising.
Bump this topic every period and check that list, if there are attempts to restore your account will appear on it.

No, is hacked from me. I lost access to the account near July-August 2017, from that there's a period where I encounter difficulties to access internet. after I tried recover my account without success.
