I tried reset password, but even my account is deleted, I can not reset it.

Help me, I don not know how can I get my account back, my coins are all in the account, I need call the police. Where is the cryptsy registered it's company? Could anyone help. I feel so helpless, sad. Sad

I'm sure they didn't delete your account, make sure your user ID and password are correct. You can always contact support again until you get a better response - don't give up  Smiley
I am really sure they deleted my account, my user name is "linfujun",  my user ID and passward are saved in my note book,
So first my passward is correct, and even my passward is uncorrect, if they did not delete my account I can found my passward back. But now I can not , becourse the website show the words "The user could not be found".

That is a mail by cryptsy, i filed a ticket say how i lose my coins, even my balance become negtive. They did not deal with it, just do noting, say that problem is resolved. They did not pay back my coins, my lose. Today, When I came to login my account, I only see the words " The user could not be found". Wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!  Angry And who can help me, I am so sad. I lost all coins.
