Damm,

I had an auction up and running and "minerjones" was escrow. "ticked" won the auction and I sent him the private btc adress through pm for payment. It was a binance adress and obviously I still have my binance account. So could I ask "ticked" to post here and he can confirm the adress which he sent the BTC to. So then I can proof that I own the adress for example I could send "ticked" some btc from that adress which I sent him for payment back in February 2018. Exact date was 2018-02-09

Would this work?

You should PM minerjones about this, or ask if binance can provide you with a private key.
Probably won't be valid for theymos or Cyrus, but you can always try.

OP has verified to me information that only they would know from previous transaction that we have had using their original account.

You want to know the harsh truth ? Even if you run around the world and get a messaged signed of account ownership, chances are,you will never ever get your account back.(Unless you're ready to wait for a month, two months or forever)

Account recovery is the least priority on the forum and there are people waiting for months to get their accounts back, you will definitely be less in priority if at all theymos decides to do so.
Move on.

And this is most likely the sad truth. Granted, would be nice if there was an "account recovery" team, but I imagine the resources are better spent fighting other battles.

Thanks guys, but how do I sign a message?
So I am a noob in such things.

I have checked through your post history, and i do not see any BTC addresses that have been posted.
Unless you have archived page of some address, well then it is a lost cause. Without staked address, signing a message from a unused address won't be any help and your account is most likely gone.

I don't have time to check through of your post history, but have you used any addresses before this hack on the forum by any chance?
Like posting on Stake address thread, or posted on some kind of giveaway thread? The only way that you are able to recover your account, would be to sign a message from such kind of address.
