My account was hacked by an unknown person and actions were taken to violate the rules of the forum, which eventually led to the blocking of my account.

Any proof of the hack? Any proof this is actually your account?
I took screenshots of the evidence:
1. Account belongs to me https://hkar.ru/UqlF https://hkar.ru/UqlK
2. The attacker logged into my account and wrote 6 messages of the same content
