It may take a while for the account to be recovered. If it does not get resolved, IMO you should send a new PM every week or two.

I've had not been active for some time and when I tried to login couple of days ago, I could not and also did not receive the reset password email. So I decided to check if the account exists and found out someone else was using my account. The hacker/scammer/thief had been posting in lending threads posing as me. I had last logged into my account in August 2017. Any posts from the account jayguar after August is not me but from the thief. I see this guy has posted in all lending threads for loans ranging from 0.03 to 0.1 BTC. Since the thief could not get a loan, he/she/it tried scamming through trade BTC by cash.

I had also posted the proof that I had owned the account jayguar in the thread started by the scammer/thief.
