Did you have a security question that is easily for a "hacker" to guess? That was actually the case of some "hacks" in the past in the german section because people were smart enought to set a question like: "wife first name" answer: anna Smiley

I do not hack you can read my case above, I have 7 months my login id and never logout, and yesterday logout itself, would fit I can not login, I've forgotten the password to use features and is never sent to my email

First: look in spam folder of your e-mail. It will go there.

Have you read what was in that link thoroughly? Did you send the PM in the format described there? Also remember that your alternative account that you are using right now should not be registered with the same email address as your old account. Hopefully it will work out for you.

Maybe your email account is configured to delete emails in your spam folder automatically. If you're still not getting your password recovery email, maybe try sending Theymos a PM.

On your left it says "Inbox", "Starred", etc. Click on the one that says "More" and then "Spam" and look there.

my account has not logged out and always login when I open the browser, and when I opened yesterday apparently in a state logout, when I log in I can not.

and with that I use email: [email protected].
I've tried to use the forgot password feature but no emails get into my email. why is that?
and Disaya printed my YM, YM admin can add me and I will chat live right when in need further verification.
