Back in 2013 I got a few emails from loggins, the IP's were from Brazil, and another country. Havnt logged back in since or stored any coins on that's poorly secured site.

Lol how is it poorly secured?? when have they been hacked?

it's just as likely you comp is hacked or a bot is using your email and password on all exchanges because you used the same one twice.

And yeah how can you trade with no coins on an exchange?

Pretty funny how people say that BTC-e are shady Roll Eyes. How can you trade on an exchange without leaving coins there anyways? I would trust BTC-e over other places like finex (at least you can click stuff more than once and not get owned on BTC-e). Glad this got sorted out though.

If your account was hacked you would have notifications in your inbox, BTCe isn't shady at all it exchange I have done most volume in by far and never had an issue.

Ditto  Cheesy

If Btc-e is called as shady, who others can be honest enough. Still it is always risky though.

A person should never store his coins anywhere other than most trusted wallets like blockchain . I always transfer the bitcoins from such trading sites to blockchain .

If anyone else with BTC-e related woes is reading this, support tickets are responded to much quicker if they're translated into Russian.

I second this. I have lost my phone once with 2fa on it so I couldn't log on. I've contacted the support in English of course and have waited for over 3 days. Then my friend told me who is Russian by the way, that he will translate my message and that I should submit it again. After a day they have responded and a response to my English ticket came back 3 days later.

I guess they have much less people that can read and respond in English or the just have many more English tickets, this can be logic as well.

if your account has been hacked, bad business, you lost your bitcoins. Anyway there will be more skilled people, that just might help you. Try to check your email, you just saved passwords, and you can enter. Anyway I wish you the best luck in the world.

As has been suggested, try contacting their support team and hope for a resolution.
DO double check that the email address you are entering is correct.
You never know sometimes, maybe you used a different address with them instead of what you use elsewhere.

If you dont have any coins on there, start a new account and probably consider factory resetting your computer.  Thats what i do any sign i clicked on a bad link + use multiple laptops for different tasks.

you can only try to contact the support and pray.

dont store coins on that (shady) exchange. use a hardware wallet for example:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/overview-bitcoin-hardware-wallets-secure-your-coins-899253

or Xapo.com Vault.
