Okay, well, I will try to post better when I get my account back. Meanwhile, how can I handle my items that sold at auction (yesterday and today), and a very important conversation I was working out via pm?

Change your signature to include a message that you are banned and contact information like e.g. an mail address.

Usually the MODs check accounts with too much activity in a day and especially if the user is enrolled in a sig campaign to save the forum from spam comments. Other reputed members have been banned for posting 80+ posts in one day though their posts were mainly constructive.

You will generally not get banned for one or two posts (unless you are spreading malware) but rather for your overall (short term) posting history. From what I can tell, you are somewhat less technologically advanced then most others here, and have seen you ask a lot of questions that I would think that most people who have been around as long as you have would know the answers to - some people will sometimes open a thread just so they can reply to a lot of responses and asking newbie like questions is a way that will greatly increase your post count however there is no real point to such questions if you already know the answers too them.

So I was banned for being a moron?
LOL, I don't think so. However I think the large number of newbie like questions may have contributed to the decision to ban you. Your overall posting history is weak and does contain a large number of posts that are lacking any real reason for being posted, even if you ignore all the posts (which are a lot) in threads that you created.

Well your very recent posts I would consider spam:

I haven't looked through all. If I were you I'd just wait out the 14 days.

So short = spam?

Last two posts are needed, the pool was down for me, I was wondering if it was down for everyone. And then I was wondering if it didn't work on mobile devices.

Like I said, the Come on block post should of been in the off-topic.

Then

"Ah sorry, my bad. I totally forgot about the config file. I always just used the default port"

How is that spam? I reported someone who said just "thanks" and it was not removed.

And

"Sell what?"

Should I have said "What art thouest be selling here?

And then:

"I am using cpuminer"
Again, I got confused, and I thought the config file wouldn't work with cpuminer

So spam? Im not seeing it.

They are insubstantial posts, they are short and unneeded. That is regarded as spam. Wait the ban out so you don't hey a permanent ban.
I only looked at the first page of your history.

Hello,

My account got banned with the message:

Quote
Sorry KaChingCoinDev, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
Insubstantial posts+sig ad (14 days)

My profile is here:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/kachingcoindev-315167

Post history:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/kachingcoindev-315167;sa=showPosts

Are those really spam posts?

Now this post:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/--987041

I should of put in off-topic. That was my mistake. So was that last  post why I was banned?

Also, I had deals I was working out, if I PM them from this account is that ban evasion? How can I resolve these deals?
