Mods please correct me if I'm wrong, but until the question of whether your account was really hacked or not is answered to the satisfaction of staff, you aren't allowed to create a new account or post with your current one outside of a ban appeal thread in Meta.

My question is how did you manage to recover your account from a hacker? Unless you provide those lengthy communications to someone who can unban you, I doubt anyone is going to believe that and it doesn't matter if you can sign an address or not. The old excuse "I gotz hacked!!" has been used so many times for so many different things it's unbelievable. I sure as hell wouldn't believe it without some proof.

Nor do I care if you get unbanned, honestly. Looking at your post history, you aren't exactly an asset to the forum. All the posts I could read that weren't in my ignored sections are complete shit.

Once an appeal has been submitted with a signature, and details about the issue they'll look for both consistencies, and inconsistencies with the supplied information. If they can't establish that the current user is not the alleged hacker then it probably won't be recovered.

Now, after a long correspondence with the provider, i have access to the e-mail address and have changed it.

Now I have seen the follow:
