My old account was hacked. somebody change my e mail and i can not log in. also when i try my origin email to log in or recovery passw - do not exist.................

You have to post this on the meta section, then you will be asked to fill this form:

And then, you will have to wait an undefined amount of time, after you have sent a pm to Cyrus, theymos or both. Have in mind that the forum's method to recover accounts is completely broken, people have been waiting for 6+ months and still haven't got a reply after delivering the proof, so good luck.
