I'm not sure your account was hacked then you can get it back easily, I agree with what is said @rickbig41 and that is a reasonable reason why your account is banned.

if your account was hacked then permanent ban , it bad news for you ,you don't unban but if your account just locked , you can unlock by pm hilariousandco,cyrus ,admin , their power can help you unlock , get back your account stolen , but i don't see anyone can unban , good luck ,may be you is case first .
hello my account viean and hardcrack was hacked before and when i retrieve it, i saw that it was permanent ban what should i do?
