I have done do it all...

I have sent ticket everday but no replies from admin

I fear becomes spam...
Just posting here is not going to work for you as you need to do some work with them on site and some here on relative thread don't wast your time and keep in touch with them if you want your money back from them

Too sad seeing to many bad feedback about YoBit, it was really a good exchange but don't know why are they planing maybe an exit scam.

They have been in the cryptobusiness for years already, if they have plans to do an exit plan they could have done it when BTC value was $1200. OP must have done something before his account was freeze, they don't do that to random accounts of course there are reasons. Submit a ticket, they always respond to it.

May I know how important that account is and how much btc is at risk?

I know that they are for few years here but that doesn't mean that they would disappear from here.

It's too strange to see few threads today that are claiming that they have lots of bitcoins in their yobit account for trade.

Holding 12BTC in Yobit or any other exchange for me it's too dangerous but don't know what to say their support sucks.

OP Have you tried to reach any moderator in their web embed chat?

Yeah, I don't think their intention is to scam.  You never know in this world, but you're right--they've been around for a few years, and other than their horrible support they're a decent exchange.  But I have no idea how to help OP.  I don't know why they'd 'freeze' an account.  Never happened to me, and I've traded there quite a bit.

That's strange, I am trading at yobit too sometimes, I haven't encounter what you encountered right now.... days ago, I send a ticket and the support answers me a day after.... There is a possibility that you've done something that makes them lock your account? there is also an admin in the chatbox, and I've been seeing someone who keeps on reiterating his situation.. .

Anyway, since you can't trade, you can't cash in and out, if you don't mind, care to share why you have 12 btc in yobit?

One more thing is you might keep on changing your IP address, VPN, and you fail to authenticate? or changing your password?

What kind of mail ID is this [email protected], if you have sent the mail to that ID i am certain that you wont be getting any reply from Yobit and more over if you have not done anything illegal then they should not hold your account without any valid reason.Look for their response and listen what they have to say regarding the ban.

Just manual...

Trade n dice.. manual always manual no bot...

And till now i can play dice or pony...

Just it at all is locked ( chat , trade , in , out )

First of all what is security yibit? I have never heard of such a thing related to yobit, did you use any bots to claim free coins? or bot to play in dice? only reasonable excuses to freeze an account are those.

My account for trade....

In there have 12 btc...

I'm active trade in yobit...

This is first time frezee to me in yobit..

Ang have got suport from yobit to send my legal documend like pasport or id card...
Have done sent it to [email protected]

And till now i don't get reply suport or email again...4 days

They also have a suport ticket in the site itself and also afaik there are admins in vhat from time to time. Maue you can ask them directly instead of asking here. We can't reall be of help because we are not the ones handling your account.

I wan't to ask to somebody...

My account yobit is frezee till now 4 days and until now my account frezzee

I don't know what happend... why my account frezee

I am not spam..

Now what should i do for unfrezee my account..??
My account can be normal again ??
How long time to be normal ??
